Manhattan Condos:  Tear-off and Re-roof

Removed multiple layers of roofing and insulation, lowered debris 14 stories and hauled it away.  Installed a new roof system of insulation and TPO membrane sheet over a concrete deck.

Sulgrave and Regency: Tear-off and Re-roof

Removed multiple layers of roofing, lowered debris 21 stories and hauled it away. Installed a new roof system on each building consisting of a base sheet, and three layers of Modified Bitumen membrane.

Visitation Church:  New Construction

Mechanically attached Vented-R insulated plywood to sloped roof areas and installed concrete barrel tile. Installed a tapered insulation system and a fully adhered EPDM rubber roof on flat roof sections. Installed architectural metal trims on parapet walls.

Louisburg Square Apartments:  Tear-off and Re-roof

Tore off existing layers of roofing and bad decking and hauled away all debris. Installed new decking and a new roof system consisting of a layer of insulation, a self-adhering base sheet and a Modified Bitumen membrane cap sheet.

St. Gabriel’s School:  Tear-off and Re-roof

Removed multiple layers of roofing, and hauled away debris. Installed a new roof system consisting of a tapered insulation system, three layers of ply sheets set in hot steep asphalt and a Modified Bitumen membrane cap sheet. New skylights and architectural metal trims were also installed.

South Ridge Independent Living Facility: New Construction

Installed a tapered insulation system, and a fully adhered EPDNI Rubber roof on all flat roof sections. Installed Plaza Payers on a raised pedestal system over EPDNI roofs in patio areas. Installed Architectural Laminate shingles on main sloped roofs. Installed Architectural Standing Seam roofs on the Porte' Cochere and various other locations.

Toad Cove: New Construction

Installed two layers of roof insulation and a mechanically attached tan TPO roof on all flat roof sections. Installed metal coping on all parapet walls. Installed pre-finished metal roofing on the breezeway.

C & C Produce: Tear-off and Re-roof

Tore off multiple layers of roofing and hauled away all debris. Installed new roof system consisting of tapered insulation and thermo plastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane sheet over a gypsum deck. This project included designing and installing a drain system.

Oak Brook Plaza: Roof Overlay

Cleared roof of all debris and trash. Installed a new base sheet and a Modified Bitumen cap sheet over existing layer of roofing. Installed new flashings on roof penetrations.

Stone Gate Meadows: Tear-off and Re-roof

Removed multiple layers of roofing and hauled away debris. Installed a new roof system consisting of a tapered insulation system, a base sheet set in hot steep asphalt, and a Modified Bitumen membrane cap sheet. Installed a new architectural metal parapet cap.
